🎉 MythosChronicles is LIVE — plus a stack of updates 🎉

The reading platform we've been building is now public, paired with a complete landing-page redesign and a pile of polish work. Here's everything that landed over the past few days:

✨ MythosChronicles is open → mythosforge.co/chronicles The fantasy reading platform built on top of the worldbuilder's workshop. Browse published stories, with the world's lore one hover away.

🏠 Brand new landing page at mythosforge.co Reader-first carousel hero leading with the latest published story, the three pillars (Build · Write · Read), full deep-dives on each, and a grouped pricing table.

📖 For readers

📊 Per-chapter read counts — every chapter now tracks reads with session-debounced counting (refresh doesn't pad the count). Shown once a chapter crosses a real-engagement threshold, so cold-start manuscripts don't broadcast "0 reads."

🔍 Click-to-enlarge book covers — covers on the manuscript page now open at full resolution. Hover for the affordance, click to view, Esc to close.

⭐ Reading lists — Follow, Favorite, To Read on every story. 💬 Comments + reviews — per-chapter discussions + 4-dimensional book reviews (Worldbuilding · Story · Characters · Grammar). 👤 Author + Worldbuilder profiles — one unified profile per creator showing tomes, manuscripts, comments, and reading lists. 🔔 Notification bell — follow an author, get pinged when they drop a new chapter.

✍️ For writers (Chronicler's Forge)

🪶 Title bar polish — Read/Edit toggle moved next to Theme on the left so the right-side action cluster has room to breathe. Long manuscript titles wrap to two lines instead of overflowing.

🏷️ Content notes softened — what used to read as a red "CONTAINS" alarm strip is now an amber "Heads up" — same information, friendlier tone for milder notes.

🔮 Free tier updates

A few free-tier caps got tightened so Mythic feels more meaningful while keeping the platform genuinely free to start. Worth knowing:

🛡️ Chronicler's Forge stays unlimited for everyone — manuscripts, chapters, covers, author's notes, exports, content tags. Writers will never hit a wall on the writing surface itself. All tightened caps live on the worldbuilding sub-tools (tome entries, glyphs, lexicon words, etc.).

✦ New Mythic perk : cross-forge @-mentions from chapters to your tome entries — the signature feature for tying fiction to your world bible. Within-tome @-mentions stay free.
