MythosForge Update — Loom of Fate Update — March 22, 2026

by josh1219

The Loom of Fate has arrived.

A new forge has been added to MythosForge — and it sits at the very top for a reason.

What is the Loom of Fate?

It's a story plotting board. If the Chrono Forge tracks when things happen, and Blood & Vows tracks who is involved — the Loom of Fate is where you weave it all into narrative. It's the forge where worldbuilding becomes story.

How it works:

Your story is laid out across Acts — add as many as you need (Prologue and Epilogue are free for everyone)

Scene cards are draggable across the board. Each card holds a chapter title, POV character, and numbered story beats

Wire connections link scenes together — trace plot threads, foreshadowing, or character arcs across your entire narrative

Wires route cleanly around cards with smooth rounded corners — no tangled mess

Hover or click any card to see all its connections light up instantly

Click a connection in the detail panel to smooth-pan directly to that linked scene

Color-code scenes by storyline, subplot, or whatever system works for you

Three themes: Plain White, Parchment, and Night Canvas Black

Notepad built in for quick notes while plotting

Full undo support — experiment freely

Auto-save every 2 minutes so you never lose work

Why it's first on the hub:

The Loom of Fate is designed to be the connective tissue of MythosForge. In a future update, scene cards will link directly to timeline events, calendar dates, bloodline characters, and lore entries — making every forge feed into your story. This is just the beginning.
