The Language category inside Tome of Worlds just got two massive new tools for conlangers and worldbuilders. If you've ever wanted to invent a writing system for your fantasy world — you can now do it end-to-end inside MythosForge.

Script Builder — Draw Your Own Alphabet

Design a writing system glyph by glyph, right in your browser:

Freehand canvas — draw each rune with your mouse or pen, with a smoothing pipeline that turns shaky lines into clean curves

Full control points — every stroke is fully editable: drag points, delete, join strokes, rotate the whole glyph, add joints mid-line

Curvature-preserving eraser — trim parts of a stroke without wrecking the shape

Lock, Move, Duplicate — lock finished strokes while you draw on top, move a whole glyph as a unit, duplicate a glyph to make a variant

Uppercase + lowercase variants for every letter

Lexicon — Build Your Dictionary

Once you have glyphs, start building vocabulary:

Word entries with IPA pronunciation, category, and meaning

Auto-spelled in your own script — every word automatically renders in the glyphs you drew, with longest-match logic so digraphs resolve before single letters

Search + 10 category filters — Noun, Verb, Adjective, Adverb, Pronoun, Preposition, Conjunction, Interjection, Phrase, Other

In-place row editing — click the pencil on any word and it becomes editable right where it sits (no scrolling to a top form)

Rapid-add flow — the Add Word panel stays open after saving, with a little "Added" confirmation flash, so you can type word after word without re-clicking

Live glyph updates — edit a glyph and every word using it re-spells itself instantly
